Tim Spragg
CEO, Co-Founder
Tim holds an MBA degree and started his career in a reputed oil trading company, where he worked in a variety of positions that ranged from back-office operations to trading.
Prior to moving to Asia in 2005, Tim worked as a Charterer, Shipowner and Shipbroker for MNC companies.

Mike Abbott
CFO, Co-Founder
Mike is a seasoned board level executive that brings to the company a wealth of experience in commerce, finance, commodities and shipping. He holds a BA degree with honors from the University of London and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
Prior to joining the Vasco Systems team, Mike was the CFO of a prominent global gas carrier company.
